If you are referring to RP Prime and Prime Plus subscription, no it does not count. You will have to purchase UC for this event progress to count.

No its not add in tha Purchase bonus (I am telling about PUBG Mobile). Also that doesn't seems PUBG Mobile, try to ask on that version server.
