Railway template not deploying ?

Hi, I have configured the given Railway template twice, but it did not seem to work. The message at the bottom right corner indicating deployment appears, but after it disappears, there is no trace left of the deployed template, not even in the activity tab. Am I doing something wrong ? (Filled out all the vars btw) Many thanks, Noel
