Can I decrease someone's xp gaining rate?
I have some people breaking their phrases in different messages to level up faster. i want them to level up slower than others š so, is it possible?

Levels are only counted every minute of someone talking, it shouldn't really affect it that much

If it does you can create a role, give it a multiplier lower than 1, like 0.5x and then give the role to that person
