DH freezes game upon opening Minecraft
I am trying to use DH in tandem with Flowstate's Better Adventures+ modpack on forge through Paper, and even after using different versions of DH (2.1.0, 2.1.2, and 2.1.3) and different versions of Iris (1.7.0, 1.7.1, and 1.7.3) I cannot get it to work. Rather than giving a crash message, it freezes on the red Mojang screen that pops up when you boot the game, and the progress bar at the bottom stays stuck near the beginning. I am using a MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon on Minecraft version 1.20.4. Below is a link to the modpack showing which mods are in the default pack.

Known issue with zoomify on macOs, try removing it
I do not have Zoomify (as it is not part of the modpack) but I have Camera Utils installed. Could that be the issue?
Never heard of that mod having issues with dh
Maybe try with just DH, and if that works, you know it's an incompatability
