Gaps between LODs
I have this problem every time I start up a world with DH. I will generate a chunk by exploring it, then once I get far enough away, chunks between me and farther away chunks disappear.

Try turning up cpu load, looks like DH is not getting enough cpu time to generate LODs for all detail levels
