Why pubg mobile responding service is not good i have reported a bug but after waiting almost 1-2 weeks still no response from tencent and I also tag tencent Every time so why does it take so much time for response at least give me some clarity about this.

Don't know, even the recovery method is pretty lousy
It's really bad, it literally seems like those who respond are bots
