DH not working for me
this is not working for me, i am only trying on single player. DH is on and it's set on 300. when i walk around stuff just become invisible in the distance just like if i'm playing without the mod. i am using 1.20.1 forge. with oculus.

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs

Just disabling them is fine
it's doing the same. i only left these 3 and created a new world and i was flying around
i think some parts are staying but most of the things are vanishing

Ur cpu load is set to low impact in the first video you sent, turn it up to aggressive/"i paid for the entire cpu" for a few minutes to let the lods gen, then turn down to low again when u really start playing
still doesn't work with my mods. but i'm watching some tutorials to learn how to use this mod better and ill be testing
is there any known mods that will cause DH not to work?

oh wait some LODs are loading, and correctly
so that shouldnt be the problem
try turning off shaders, setting cpu load to agressive, and wait 10 minutes. LODs should be generating
yes, i'm using complementary. rn i'm testing in a SP world with oculus, embedium, DH and chunky to load chunks and it's working, ill try adding the other mods to see if it still works

chunky is known to cause weird behavior when used while DH is installed. maybe its the source of your problems, but maybe its not
i basically disabled DH and shaders. then began to load things with chunky commands. rejoined the world and turned DH on and now it looks like that
i wasn't using chunky when i opened the post. i was using only my mods and DH

when i close the game the LOD gets deleted and need to be explored again?
no, they will be rembered
it must be some other mod causing issues cause i added all the mods back and it won't work now

i saw some chunks loading in a previous vid so i doubt thats the issue, but just to be sure

i think it's working now. i did the alex cave fix and removed these 2 mods. i think they are for performance and memory. maybe it's the cause

You had alexscaves in the first video you sent which, if you haven’t applied the fix, will cause LODs to stop not render
btw when i add DH then my client says incompatible mod list with my server. i thought it was a client side mod only, i have extra client side mods installed that are not on the server and it won't consider those. but when i add DH i get this, i just wanted to make sure that i don't have to add it to the server too
