Why can't I create a post? Is there any level / requirements to fulfilled before i am able to?

Yeah that's worked as well but i am talking about in discord
The bug reports you submit through the above link will automatically appear as new posts in #bugs, @Overlord. No one can create new posts directly through the channel.

Only Rare and above can use the #request channel. You may refer to this message for further information.
Oh thanks, where can I look at my progress ? ( Rare or not) , is there a level thing?
