Need help! my account is hacked

Good afternoon! My id: 5964551647 I have been banned from my account for 10 years. No rules were violated. Please reconsider the ban! That was 2 years ago. I let a friend play on my account and he got banned. I do not even know the reason. I'm very upset, because I didn't break any rules, I never used cheats and the like. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
