Without code it is hard to help. Did you add a field in the details table and not run the migration? maybe the field is miss-named 'peminjams_id" ?
Show us your migration file for "details" table and what you are trying to run. Filament is awsome , just need to get a few thinks in order.
Sounds like you are using a relationship but didn’t set it up properly
