support request waiting 2 months

I created 2 months ago support request (https://support.cloudflare.com ) can I escalate it somehow so I get any answer? It's regarding invoices/payments, seems like incorrect amount charged or invoiced..

Thanks, I added that ticket to the community escalation queue. Not sure how much it will help since the billing team are currently overloaded, but it's the best I can do

we might have issues with tax office as we filled all financial documents for months in question I understand billing team is overloaded but 2 months is harsh. Maybe at least get back with estimated date when they could look at it? If we're talking about week or next 2 months

For sure I completely agree that 2 months isn't expected even with this stuff going on, that's why I raised it to the team so they can check if something went wrong on that one - if I hear anything I'll let you know
