Hello, @༒𝓜𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓚𝓮𝓮𝓷 ༒! If you haven't already, we recommend that you link a phone number to your PUBG MOBILE account and enable secondary verification. This way, the unauthorized user will be locked out of the account.
Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....
