Looking for an ID for a loose three button and pants combo
I saw Kinds of Kindness last night (if you're a Yorgos fan, highly rec) and was really enamoured with this outfit Jesse Plemons wore. I really dig the loose fit off white suit with sandals look. With a the glasses it's a nice early 2000s beach cruiser vibe. Looked like a very light and flowy material. What should I be looking for to match this?

If you look closely it looks more like a four button jacket. That in combination with the lapel and the completely unstructured shoulder + chest makes me think this is a chore coat and not an actual suit jacket.

Might be too workwear, but Le Labourer chore coats and pants have color combos like this and are super reasonably priced

Only problem is that it doesnt have that lapel
You could also go with an engineered garments bedford, new bedford, or loiter jacket with matching pants
NB and Loiter both are longer cut like that
and Made in France as well. I have a vintage one in Ecru and even at full price they're an absolute steal.
