same issue occurs for other shaders (tried Photon: https://gist.github.com/Steveplays28/52db568f297ded527da56dbe6deeec0e) no issues however with Complementary

The classic. Only certain shaders work on MacOS.

Bliss just so happens to not be one of them.

i see so DH just works with an even smaller subset of compatible shaders then? compared to windows

Originally, it used to work on MacOS. But, as support for Distant Horizons was introduced, that MacOS compatibility just went to poof. Windows have no issues. It's specifically a MacOS issue.

yea it was working fine for me until i started using DH so it's gonna be an either/or thing with bilss and dh huh
