Squad Server ports open but not being accepted.
Hello, We recently moved our server to a new box and when we try and add the new server on battlemetrics, we get the error shown in the screenshot.
We have triple checked our ports and they are open and should work just fine.
Anything we missed or?

means its getting blocked by firewall, whether its by some filter or just an IP block etc
Hmm aight, I'll get my people to double check the firewall etc..
Firewall may not help you on this one. Squad no longer supports direct queries so it has to appear on the master server list.
You'd be better off trying to add the server via the search method which would bypass the query requirement.
so is there even a point opening query ports? or just leave it all to the master server query and only have game open
Leave it to the master server list and go from there
Are you able to find your server in the list?
i aint even got a server yet was just wondering in all fairness
