Are you sure you configured the DNS settings correctly? On that page is says you are not using 1.1.1.1.

The crazy thing is that I don't have access to routers website 192.168.1.1, the password id has been changed by them Because the default id behind router does not work. I tried changing the DNS there But to no avail... Hm So there is no fix for this?

What do you get with nslookup cloudflare.com 8.8.8.8 and nslookup cloudflare.com 1.1.1.1? If the ISP is blocking then you can try using something like DoT or DoH to get around it.
