Application closing without any errors when uploading a picture

Hey guy's i've been getting this error lately which is kind of weird tbh i've made an input to upload a picture for a product on Create / Edit but whenever i select the picture the application closes by itself without any reason i've tried to put some of "Console.WriteLine()" to define where does the error causing but i can't find anything here is a picture details what i'm having over here
