Slow Gen / Whats the best settings?

Trying out DH for the first time, however experiencing very slow generation / stuttering. Read some other threads and tried downloading the Noisium mod to help with rendering or loading but no major differences. My setup shouldn't be a major problem, got a 3060, i5 12th Gen 12600k 10 core 16 thread, 32 GB ram, so its not on the extreme low end. My current settings lean towards the medium stuff. I have allocated 9 GB for minecraft as well. Tried putting the standard Minecraft chunk generation to 12 chunks (usually able to run 32 chunks without mods), might have helped a little but not much. Is there any specific settings I should play around with or any type of settings guide I can look at, or if anyone has any tips it would be appreciated 🙂
