Yesterday one of my new friend sent me a link for eSports registration but I'm not sure if it's not a scam or smth

Try not to share you personal email (which is linked to PUBG Mobile) or Phone number. If somewhere email needed then create secondary email which is not linked to any account and share it. It's my recommendation to be safe from scam.
