The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD typically indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. Since you mentioned that vgk.sys (related to Riot Vanguard) is causing it, here are steps to try and resolve the issue: 1. Update Drivers: Ensure all your drivers, especially graphics and network drivers, are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can cause BSODs. 2. Reinstall Vanguard: Uninstall Riot Vanguard and then launch VALORANT to reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve issues with system files. 3. Disable Overclocking: If your system is overclocked, revert to default settings. Overclocking can lead to instability. 4. Run System File Checker: Run Command Prompt as an administrator and execute sfc /scannow to check and repair corrupted system files. 5. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your Windows OS is fully updated. Sometimes, updates contain patches that resolve underlying issues. 6. Memory Check: Utilize Windows Memory Diagnostic to test your RAM for issues. If these steps don't work, create a support ticket on the Riot Games support site with detailed information about your crashes.
