After watching 15 reviews, it will unlock. Investigators can increase their review weight by completing watching investigator challenge. You can highest get 150 extra review weight.
The higher your review weight, the more priority/influence you will have when you report any review as violation found or no violation. ...

Not sure. You can challenge your review. you think you judge correct and majority judgment is opposite of your judgment.
