BLISS Shader Skybox glitch

Has anyone seen an issue like this before? Happy to drop it on the BLISS discord, this one just seems much more responsive!

Solution:

If restarting doesn't solve this, go to Distant horizons settings -> advanced options -> graphics -> rendering -> change transparency to complete -> restart again
