Hacked Account Recovery
So My account got Hacked (2021) I completely don't have access to my account. A hacker got into my account. I've tried reaching the Account Recovery tool but they have Rejected it by saying that you are using a less recognised device however I purchased some UC with Midasbuy.com and I don't have the transaction history but I do have the Old name that was Linked to my account and I have a video proof and also some receipts from Apple about In-App purchases In Pubg Mobile.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

It is possible to restore only an account whose access was lost less than 6 months ago, if more than the specified time has passed, then unfortunately it is impossible to restore the account.No one will help you in this matter, since such conditions apply to developers.

Such conditions were set by the developers (6 months)
@Panda I think I had that account linked to gamecenter please tell me can a hacker unlink gamecenter?
Any binding can be untied
@Panda I tried contacting them on email but they send generic replies as if they don't even read what's written in the email
