Query for merging LOD but do not override existing areas
Let's say I am playing in a multiplayer world. Suddenly I have a nether portal to a place far away. Now when I get to that far away place, I want LoDs. So I go to a singleplayer world, /tp to that far away place and generate LODs. Now I want to merge the singleplayer LODs but prevent the singleplayer world from overriding already existing LODs on multiplayer database if it already exists at a certain coordinate.

Can this be done? What is the syntax for on duplicate key do not insert?
