Import action modal as page?

With import actions https://filamentphp.com/docs/3.x/actions/prebuilt-actions/import, I am able to have a button trigger the import CSV modal within a header. Is it possible to have a custom page just show the import csv modal? I want to add a link on the navigation menu which will go to a page showing the import csv fields.
