chunks dissapearing behind you, also I need to manually fly to load chunks despite world generated
Hello, I have this world that I generated a while ago, it was from a server which no longer exists. The chunks were already loaded obviously but DH still would not load all the chunks, I thought it was ram allocation, so I increased it. Still doesn't work. I then ended up using a mod called "Chunky" which can generate chunks for you just to make sure these chunks are really loaded in, but still not working. Now after flying around I notice that chunks disspear behind me. What causes that?
(Also no shader issues related as I tested it in vanilla too)

Try letting your LODs regenerate by deleting them.

Chunky isn't a mod
It's a plugin
It is both
Show me the mod then sir/ma'am/person
Time to kill my hdd thank you
Lol
But there's also the issue of why you're directing people to the plugin 99% of the time
What do you mean?
I've only ever seen the mods give help for and direct to the plugin
I almost never recommend someone use chunky as there is no benefit of using it over DH's chunk generator. And if I did, I probably directed them to chunky in general, not specifically the mod or plugin version.
u want me to regenerate my lods?
my man the world is like 4GB... idk why but dh already took forever to generate the lods for just a couple of them and I had cpu usage on agressive
That's weird. LODs should load decently fast when the vanilla chunks already exist. What cpu do you have?
