What does this error mean?
It says "heights has to be of length 16"

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs

can you try with only DH?
It seems like I'm getting this error only in this world. I tried flying around on some other worlds, and there were no problems there
I tried without the other mods and walked around for some time and didn't get that error. When I enabled the other mods again, it started to give me those errors again
Some other mod may be creating problems with DH
yoou could try a /binary search to find the culprit
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
