"Distant Horizons Updated. Will be applied on game restart."
I'm using fabric 1.20.6 and the latest DH jar from modrinth and no matter what it won't work. I get the text in chat "here be dragons", but no icon in settings to edit it and it just isn't working at all. When it "updates", the jar file I downloaded just changes into another one in the minecraft mod folder. Regardless, neither file is working for me.

This is what pops up when I launch my game. Also shown is my mods folder.
Delete the config file please
./config
To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider to edit the config.
The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml
