high ms in mumbai server
Hi, I’ve been playing in mumbai server with my friend for a few months now and it has always worked fine. For quite a few weeks, the server has been both high in ms for both of us but it had just recently fixed for me. As for him, he still has high ms and it increases every few days, now it’s at 300+ ms. Can something be done to have his fixed too please?

my friends internet provider is KPN and he’s from the netherlands but he’s playing in asia region

the ping issue on mumbai is still present
Which ping issue? you playing from Railwire correct? I see 35ms on average from that ISP towards Mumbai

@Sap can you give us more details, is this packet loss you see facing Mumbai servers ? what is your ISP and where are you based
i kinda feel like it's not really riot's fault here now
I tried playing on mobile data and it works fine
(I just have high ping on mobile data)
when I play with wifi I get 100% packrt loss
Anyway what is ISP

Update: There seems to be a "Live Network Maintenance" for the Asian region in Valorant
not sure what it is but let's hope something turns out good
