lost mobile number
I lost my phone and phone number which was linked to pubg mobile.
I bought a new phone with a new number.
Now when am trying to login pubg mobile with my email address which is also linked to the game, it sending me a code to my old phone number for two way verification.
I tried to recover my account three time already with all the correct information but it fail.
Any solution for my problem??
Or is there a number, email that I can contact them directly??

Hello, @uttam! Please understand that it is your own responsibility to safeguard your login methods linked to your PUBG MOBILE account. If you have secondary verification enabled, you can use the backup verification codes you previously saved to log in. These codes are useful in situations where you have lost access to your other verification methods. However, if you do not have the backup codes and are completely locked out of your account, you will need to submit an account recovery request. To do this, you can go to the login page and select Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit....

@Quendi I have already try to recover my account but it fail.
