Shaders wont load
iris 1.7.1
sodium 0.5.9
Minecraft 1.21
trying to use complementary shaders 5.2.1 causes this error to show up, game doesn't crash shaders just don't load
net.minecraft.class2973: Invalid shaders/core/basic.json: Non [a-z0-9/.-] character in path of location: minecraft:basic_tessControl.tcs
any help appreciated

that looks like a resource pack issue, and core shaders don't work with iris shaders anyway
Internal error log. If you're not facing any bugs or glitches with the shader pack, it is safe to ignore.
i have no resource packs activated yet i still get the same error
They can't run shaders with this problem though

Try disabling all your mods besides sodium and Iris
