I reinstalled the game multiple of times. And still show me this?

I chose my skin and hair
But my hair doesn't show for me?

Please enter the game and wait for some time and check again, @Mastergamer. If you believe this is a bug, you may submit a report of this through https://pubgmobile.live/support with your numeric user identification, a proper description and title, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered.
The game will automatically download some resources when entering the game for the first time.
