ID ban

I got ban for 7 days saying I have team up , my id no is 51322064762. May be I had team up with cheaters but I’m not involved in it , I really didn’t know about it , please help me in getting my id unban as soon as possible , I truly support fair play in game being a esports player in Nepal , I have to play scrims in game daily from my team and getting this ban shows I am a cheater to others which will sure harm my esports journey .
