I lost my UC

Dear Support Team, I recently noticed that I have lost over 9000 UC from my account. I am unsure which item might have caused this, as I have not purchased anything costing more than 100 UC. If the records show that I spent more than 100 UC, it must be a mistake or a system error. Please investigate this issue, remove any incorrect item, and return the UC to my account. I sent email before and it wasn't useful. And Reddit also wasn’t helpful.(I didn’t submit duplicate requests.) as you can see in the screenshots I appreciate your prompt assistance.
