trying to install shaders for replay mod
I need someone to help me pls, I am trying to install iris shaders for fabric replay mod and it doesn't work shaders don't appear in options, could someone help me out pls:)

I would recommend gatting the latest of both for the version of minecraft you want to play.
You will need fabric API.
latest, and since you told me in DMs that you use 1.20.1 that is going to be sodium 0.5.10 and iris 1.7.1

it's impossible to use the 1.20.1 version of fabric and the 1.21 version of minecraft at the same time. When you install fabric for 1.20.1 you are playing on 1.20.1

fabric is a mod that makes it easier for people to make mods, it basically 'pops the hood' for minecraft
fabric is called a mod framework
when you install new mods, make sure they're the fabric version, else they won't work

No I had no problems with that but I have problems with fabric api

I just fought curse forget only had fabrick api
modrinth has just about every mod curseforge has and more, with a few exceptions from authors who refuse to upload their mods to the better host

it does also optimize the rendering of entities though
