Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I tried to get distant horizons working as I had seen how cool it was and everything, but i kept on running into this one problem, this would happen when I tried tweaking the default settings with the LOD render distance changer. is there a way to fix this from happening again? is it just a visual bug, or is it something on my side? Also wanted to add this only happens when I do bliss shaders and no other shaders actually work like complementary and such because it just doesnt actually look like its distant horizons, it just looks like the normal render distance with nothing in the far distance with the fog or anything, I really want to get this working and any advice would be deeply appreciated!

Fix the visual doppler effect with DH
If your game has a visual "hall of mirrors" effect with Distant Horizons you may fix it by going to: Distant Horizons Config › Advanced › Graphics › Render Quality › Transparency = Complete Example: image.png

Restart the game to fix it. It may come back if you change certain DH settings while shaders are enabled

if you do it again then you can also go from windowed mode to fullscreen and back (F11) that may fix it

I just mean in terms of it breaking Bliss or rather breaking the buffer synchronization
