Peace be upon you, PUBG Company. About a year ago I was banned for three months, then after a while I decided to open my account because it was supposed to be unblocked. After a long period, I opened my account and saw that I had been banned for 10 years, then I discovered that I had been hacked and my account was reviewed. I was aware that a cheating tool had been played with. I am a person with special needs in Egypt and a cancer patient, and I wish to unblock my account. I apologize to you, and you are a great company, and you will unblock my account. I hope you will be satisfied with me and take into consideration my medical conditions, and my account is dear to my heart. I hope it will be unblocked or the punishment reduced. This is my wish

Hello. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....
