Background By Overlay Error

when i was creating an overlay i clicked on by overlay to get an image and got the error in the image. i dont think its a bug

Click on Background Drawer
Click Change | Select
Click on By Overlay

So because I used an app on my phone and computerto create an overlay that I made my self and made it a Gif and uploaded that’s the problem ? Bc ugh I hate graphic designers and I would rather design my own stuff the. Rely on someone else plus a lot of people that are graphic designers scam people so yea naw no thank u??? Also what is Background drawer is that where u draw stuff on overlay expert also why ask or pay a graphic designer to design a logo or banner or etc when u can do it your self I’m all about doing stuff my self

the background drawer is where you choose your image for your overlay

when you click select/change the image you have 2 options, theres by overlay and i think the other one is my images, if you choose by overlay currently it gives you that error
