Thrifted this suit for prom, what alterations should I get?
Sleeves are too long so I'm 100% gonna get those shortened, what other alterations should I get to make it fit better?

sleeves are the main one. Apart from that it's not a fully body picture (can't see your shoes & pants).
Would usually recommend a white shirt with a suit, but if it's prom you can just go nuts and have fun with whatever
I have a navy floral one which I'm probably gonna wear, I chose black cause it was my brothers graduation and I didn't wanna go overboard lol
Pants r h&m lol but they fit good
When you go to the tailor, they will have you put it on and suggest all the alterations you need.

I guess that would be bad, but it’s never been my experience.
