Account got hacked and it got banned.
Hello PUBG Mobile. Recently my facebook account got hacked by somebody that i dont know and after that my PUBG Account just got banned for 10 years for the reason is Violating Regulations. I have not do anything to get my account banned. I have no intention at all to cheat on PUBG Mobile and I hope I can be unbanned as soon as possible and if any cheats are detected on my account, it would be better if you tell me the details because this is a wrong ban and its not me playing on the account.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
