What setting to fix water colour blending
As title says, which setting do I have to change to make the water colours blend together more naturally

You can't
Because you're talking about the "wall" in the water right?
Not the wall, but the non existent gradient between the two water temperatures
Biome blend in video settings
Oh yea that’s in the lods
Not sure about that
LODs don't have biome blending, so there's not anything you can do about it
