region issue
My friend gave my his acc for Playing (he is from another country) I suggest 20 Ms and in my friend acc I am getting 120/170 Ms so can anyone tell me how to change server or region pls

Unfortunately, you can't change the server or region directly within the game or client. Each Riot account is region-locked, meaning it is associated with the region in which it was created. This causes issues like higher ping when accessing your friend's account from another country.
