We can, potentially, add more types in our library, but the limit right now is more dictated from the assets that our tools work with.
If we add types that are not playing with our tools, when you see it in the library, you should probably know right away that you can't scatter/use it with our tools.
Tagging wise as long as we can generate a thumbnail, we can tag it, but of course it would eat the quota that could be used towards the assets that we support in our tools ecosystem.
I think more than anything, is a UX decision to make and see how it can play with the whole library.
