why can’t I receive my hacked account back
They don’t tell me why they can’t approve my request even though I have all the evidence that it is my own account that was hacked 🙄

We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit....

I just sent out another case ID hopefully it was the old phone I played on,since they said that either the answers I’ve provided were incorrect or that I was using a less used device. Though kinda wish they specified which one 🙂↔️
I do have screenshots of me within my own account before the unknown user hopped on and changed the access to my own account. I assumed they hacked through my Facebook since it did say in a previous email that there was an attempt login 🤔
