why can’t I receive my hacked account back

They don’t tell me why they can’t approve my request even though I have all the evidence that it is my own account that was hacked 🙄

I just sent out another case ID hopefully it was the old phone I played on,since they said that either the answers I’ve provided were incorrect or that I was using a less used device. Though kinda wish they specified which one 🙂‍↔️ I do have screenshots of me within my own account before the unknown user hopped on and changed the access to my own account. I assumed they hacked through my Facebook since it did say in a previous email that there was an attempt login 🤔 @Quendi
