Seems about right for seersucker. Cheaper would be Uniqlo, H&M, and maybe a Spanish fast fashion brand, like Mango

60 is like fast fashion prices and probably the lowest you'll find for something new
h&m, zara and old navy all have similar shorts with minor variations in color but ymmv if you want to deal with any of those brands
it looks like it's abercrombie in which case it'll probably go on sale or have a discount code pop up, they basically always rotate sales/codes i find
