What record do you try to add?
That error means you're trying to CNAME to a Cloudflare zone in another account which you can't do unless the target domain creates a Custom Hostname on their side to allow it.
We add CNAME records as required by Hubspot
Hubspot uses Cloudflare. Make sure the domain is added and verified as a "custom domain" or equivalent on Hubspots side and reach out to them for assistance.

If there is an error it will show as an error on their side
