That error means you're trying to CNAME to a Cloudflare zone in another account which you can't do unless the target domain creates a Custom Hostname on their side to allow it.

We add CNAME records as required by Hubspot

Hubspot uses Cloudflare. Make sure the domain is added and verified as a "custom domain" or equivalent on Hubspots side and reach out to them for assistance.

You need to contact HubSpot about it If there is an error it will show as an error on their side
