Hostname is part of banned domain

I run a website builder where users create a website and add a custom domain on top of it. We use cloudflare pages in the background. Recently when a user added a domain, there was an error in the API, and when I checked cloudflare dashboard, it said "The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to cloudflare at this time" Is this due to the problem in my account or is it due to the customer's domain name? Although the error message clearly says it's the problem with the hostname, customer says that he himself is using cloudflare even now, and he is not facing issues anywhere except with my platform.

It's a problem with the domain, if the domain is on Cloudflare then it can be a problem with their account as well. Sometimes this is as simple as a billing issue (e.g. unpaid debt), other times it can be terms of service issues which are more complicated to deal with and require them contacting [email protected] It's not a problem with your account.
