the material and its functions have changed since the beta, so perhaps we aren't replacing everything :thinkies:

UE is unfortunately very dumb; like we'd have to ship separate materials, one for two, then three, then four, etc... in order to make it flexible
incidentally, if you ever user Quixel Mixer, that is basically what the whole software is; it's also why it was slow as fuck
