Fly above those chunks for a bit and see if that fixes it
Genering LODs for the ocean can sometimes be a bit buggy
Also disable distant generation

Have you tried with just DH installed and a fresh world?
Only for optimization and lithosphere, I checked the incompatible ones and mine were not there
Not, but i think this will not really help, cuz i had same problems when i was testing this mod without any others mods

Cus if so, then its probably just a bug that has to be reported
