export groups from table

Hi I was I have a table that groups items to display a summary. I was wondering if it is possible to export those groups to an excel and not all the items.

I just want to export all the summarizes of the table Or if someone can answer this. The table i want to export to excel uses groupsOnly(). I just want to prevent myself going down a rabbit hole trying to find this and move on to a new solution.
